Sales Support Administrator to support our sales function and wider collective. This office-based role involves executing administrative tasks in line with our ISO trading standards, managing the generation of quotes and orders, and supporting the team with a variety of administrative and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring tasks assigned through Salesforce are clearly understood and accurately translated into well-prepared quotes.
* Providing excellent administration and efficient handling of all documentation and data.
* Organising and prioritising tasks in accordance with deadlines, project requirements, and business priorities.
* Taking ownership of orders from client purchase order through to delivery, including handover to the accounts team for invoicing.
Ensuring all necessary information is obtained to support seamless project flow, in alignment with existing system processes.
* Requesting payment terms and preparing credit reports for the accounts department.
* Maintaining up-to-date records across systems such as Trello, Salesforce, and other internal platforms to ensure accurate tracking and communication.
* Supporting general office duties such as answering phone calls, collating samples, updating spreadsheets and databases, booking couriers, and sending out customer surveys.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven administrative experience with strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
* Intermediate or Advanced knowledge and use of Office 365.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Confidence using project tracking platforms or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Trello).
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* A collaborative attitude and ability to work well as part of a small team.
