Your new role
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive, you will provide strategic leadership across Estates, Facilities and Risk Management, ensuring a safe,pliant and high-performing environment for both students and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading the development and delivery of the College’s Estates Strategy
2. Overseeing capital projects, planned maintenance and asset replacement programmes
3. Managing budgets, procurement processes and supplier contracts
4. Driving operational excellence, sustainability and value for money
5. Providing expert advice to senior leadership and the Board on Estates, Health & Safety, Risk Management and statutorypliance
6. Leading on business continuity planning and risk mitigation strategies
This is a highly influential role where you will shape long-term infrastructure strategy and improve the overall student and staff experience.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Proven senior leadership experience within Estates, Facilities or Property Management
8. Experience deliveringplex estates strategies and large-scale capital projects
9. Strong financial and budget management experience
10. In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety legislation,pliance and risk management
11. Experience working in education, public sector or similarlyplex environments (desirable)
12. Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills
13. DBS is required
