We are currently recruiting for a Store Service Commercial Manager This is a newly created role, so is an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to join and really build this role The objective of the Store Services Commercial Manager is to oversee the partnerships and concessions that Space NK has put in place to provide customer-facing services in specific locations. These include today; Margaret Dabbs, FaceGym, and EverySkin. This role is expected to drive both the ongoing performance & scale of current partnerships, as well as onboard new partnerships to support the development of the store proposition. This role will report into the Skincare Category Team but will also work in close collaboration with the Retail Operations & Marketing teams to drive forward the success of these partnerships. Role Overview and Responsibilities: Manage commercial relationships with current concessions partners Onboard new concessions partners, project managing across relevant departments in the business to set them up from both a contractual & operational perspective Drive & monitor performance of concessions to ensure we are maximizing capacity and hitting priority KPIs, working alongside Marketing, Retail Ops, Tech etc and reporting on a Monday morning for Trade meetings. Identify opportunities for further growth across our treatment room spaces Identify additional partners to expand into new categories - e.g. shop floor services Help steer & deliver our wholesale brand services strategy alongside the Senior Buyer and the Retail team Manage commercial contracts for all service provision in store - e.g. for any brands using treatment rooms, ensure their contracts are maintained and up to date KPIs: Services / Concessions Total Revenue Customer Performance - new customers acquired through services, repeat users Profitability of services - concession fees and EBITDA contribution Please note that only successful candidates will be contacted.
