We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive to play a defining role in the future of Outlook Care. This is an exciting moment for our organisation as we reshape how we deliver truly person‑centred support for adults with learning disabilities across North East London and Essex. Working closely with our Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the transformation of our Learning Disability services, ensuring they remain safe, high‑quality, financially resilient and rooted in the aspirations of the people we support.
As our CQC Nominated Individual, you will provide visible, values‑driven leadership and champion a culture where excellence, integrity and compassion guide every decision. You will strengthen our position as a trusted local provider, develop our teams, refine our operating models and drive the delivery of our ambitious 2026–27 business plan. You will also act as a key ambassador for Outlook Care, building strong relationships with commissioners, partners, families and communities.
We are looking for an experienced leader from health or social care who brings a track record of operational delivery, service improvement and organisational change. You will understand what it takes to provide outstanding, person‑centred care across multiple sites, and you will be confident navigating complex regulatory landscapes while inspiring and motivating a diverse workforce. Above all, you will share our belief in a life where every person is valued, included and empowered.
