Responsibilities
of the Land Buyer:
1. Source and assess new land opportunities across the region
2. Prepare initial appraisals and support offer submissions
3. Liaise with agents, landowners and local authorities
4. Coordinate due diligence and technical input from internal teams
5. Assist with negotiations and progression of sites through to exchange
6. Support smooth handover into pre-construction
Key Requirements for the Land Buyer:
7. Experience within a Land or Development role in housebuilding or residential development
8. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
9. Good understanding of planning, viability and site constraints
10. Able to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders
11. Proactive and well organised with a strong attention to detail
