About This Role
We are seeking an Associate Roving Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This is your chance to make a real impact in various branch locations!
Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
* Support multiple branch locations, stepping in where needed to ensure seamless service.
* Adapt to changing priorities while meeting customer needs with a smile.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building relationships and offering tailored products and services.
* Assist customers with account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
* Exercise sound judgment while following defined policies and procedures.
* Develop a deep understanding of our bank products to connect with customers effectively.
* Refer customers to other bankers and partners as needed to meet their financial goals.
* Comply with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ months of customer interaction experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong customer service focus with experience in handling complex transactions.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus!
* Experience in proactive customer engagement through outreach.
* Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking options.
* Experience in building strong customer relationships and collaborating with team members.
* Integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Working Conditions
* Willingness to travel 100% of the time within the district, commuting from branch to branch.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.
* Maintain cash handling and balancing responsibilities.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
