To be successful, you will:
* Bring a degree-level education or equivalent experience, ideally with qualifications in IT, digital, or management.
* Have a strong track record of solving complex, cross-cutting problems using digital technologies.
* Understand and apply digital best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centred design principles.
* Are experienced in business analysis, service redesign, and leading digital transformation projects.
* Know how to manage web content and ensure it meets accessibility and user needs.
* Have a solid grasp of technologies that improve customer experience and business efficiency.
* Are confident in enabling and supporting colleagues through digital change and adoption.
* Have experience in commissioning services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring value for money.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and elected members.
* Possess excellent organisational and leadership skills, with experience managing and coaching high-performing teams.
* Are proficient in Microsoft 365, with bonus points for skills in Power BI, Power Apps, or CRM development.
* Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and are passionate about continuous improvement.
