Workday HRIS Support Analyst
We're looking for an IT Systems Support Analyst who will be looking after our clients Workday HR & Payroll platforms. We are looking for someone who loves problem-solving, how systems work, and enjoys supporting people to get the best out of technology. You'll play a key role in the administration and support of the Workday platform, alongside other core business systems, ensuring stability, accuracy, and excellent end-user experiences.
Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided, and we would applicants with exposure to other HRIS platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting in the day-to-day administration and support of Workday and other core business systems.
* Responding to and resolving helpdesk queries and incidents.
* Supporting testing, configuration changes, and rollout of system updates and enhancements.
* Working closely with internal teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
* Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Producing scheduled and ad hoc reports.
* Performing regular data quality and compliance checks.
* Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and documenting outcomes.
* Researching and suggesting system improvements.
What We're Looking For
* Experience or education related to HR systems, IT support, or business system administration.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to understand technical documentation and workflows.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
* Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms such as Oracle, SAP etc (advantageous but not essential).
