Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Sutton, London Contract: Full-time / Part-time, Term-time only Start Date: Immediate / Flexible About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs in a welcoming school in Sutton. The role involves providing 1:1 and small group support, helping children to engage with learning, develop independence, and build confidence. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs. Work alongside teachers and SENCO to deliver personalised support plans. Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom. Promote pupil wellbeing and social development. Assist with adapting learning materials and classroom activities. Requirements: Previous SEN experience desirable but not essential. Patient, compassionate, and proactive attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Right to work in the UK.
