We are currently recruiting experienced, confident and motivated individuals to join our locality based social work teams to lead and manage the provision of business support and operations across of range of functions.
As a Resource Manager your role will include a wide and varied range of tasks including management, co-ordination and effective deployment of team resources, ensuring that we have suitable and efficient supports in place to enable us to deliver on our performance targets, maintain our high standards of service delivery and meet key performance indicators.
You will work closely with managers, providing a professional advisory and information service on all matters relating to business support and operations, ensuring all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
To be able to undertake this role successfully you must be able to demonstrate you have the skills, experience and knowledge to be able to manage and understand the varied range of social work service areas, have a flexible approach and able to determine key priorities and objectives
You must hold a HND or SVQ4 in Administration or other equivalent qualification together with substantial relevant experience including managing staff, financial and property management and working with senior managers.
Working Patterns:
Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm
Friday: 08:45am - 16:15pm
