First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic Tours Operating business who are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant on a permanent basis due to growth.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Manage daily office administration including phone calls, emails and email.
2. Organise and book holiday reservations.
3. Arrange travel, accommodation, and schedules with UK and overseas businesses.
4. Liaise with internal departments to support smooth operations.
Qualifications and experience:
5. Previous experience in administration or office support (1–3 years preferred).
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
7. Strong communication and organisational skills.
8. Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail.
9. Positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
