Role Overview
We are looking for a BABCP accredited and qualified CBT therapist to join our team in Watford, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities
* Provide assessment and treatment appointments, amounting to 20 hours of contact per week.
* Keep all contacts fully recorded in a timely manner.
* Participate in peer, reflective, clinical and managerial supervisions.
* Complete 5 days of CPD per year and maintain a culture of learning, improvement, accountability and compassion.
Requirements
Qualified CBT therapist, BABCP accredited, capable of a mix of office base working and remote working. Minimum of one day a week on site in Watford or Borehamwood. Regular clinical and managerial supervision. Integrated within a CQC rated Outstanding NHS Trust.
