As a Franchise Success Coach, you’ll be at the forefront of driving outstanding performance across our franchisee base and helping them to deliver next-level guest experiences. This role involves analyzing operational data, uncovering key insights, and crafting actionable strategies to drive growth and efficiency for the region.
You’ll work closely with multiple franchisees across countries, combining data analytics with hands-on coaching to identify opportunities for commercial success during in-market restaurant visits. You’ll play a vital role in building operational capability by mentoring franchisees, solving complex challenges, and sharing best practices to ensure their long-term success. You’ll also lead the rollout of innovative systems and initiatives designed to boost efficiency and profitability.

WHATS THE SCOPE OF INFLUENCE:
As a key influencer within KFC's Central and Eastern European operations, spanning franchisees across countries and more than, restaurants, you’ll have the opportunity to drive strategic collaboration with franchisees in dynamic markets.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Data-Driven Commercial Impact (%)
1. Analyze operational performance metrics and KFC LISTENS Guest Experience data to identify insights and address root causes for improvement. Pinpoint trends and opportunities to drive growth.
2. Transform raw data into actionable recommendations for franchisees and internal stakeholders.
3. Combine restaurant visits with operational reviews to provide coaching and identify commercial strategies.
4. Support the launch of operational initiatives and systems to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Building Operational Excellence (%)
* Work with franchisees to overcome operational challenges through coaching and sharing best practices. Develop plans for short- and long-term success.
* Evaluate partners against operational benchmarks and co-create strategies to improve KPIs.
* Assist with new store openings and refurbishments through operational readiness and training.
* Collaborate with the Restaurant Excellence (REX) team on change management strategies.
* Use unannounced visits to gain insights into guest experiences and operations.
* Recognize team contributions and ensure follow-up on processes and tools with franchisees and HR teams.
Safeguarding the Brand (%)
* Monitor compliance through audits and coaching to uphold standards.
* Promote food safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
* Oversee layout approvals and operational handovers for new or remodeled restaurants.
Empowering Communication (%)
* Build trust with stakeholders and serve as a reliable contact.
* Represent franchisees’ interests and resolve conflicts to align with business goals.
* Share expertise to elevate franchise operators.
Work closely with HR and Training teams to ensure franchisees have the resources needed for success.

SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:
Bring extensive experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail operations, ideally in a franchise setting.
Show exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with BI tools.
Excel in communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus. Willingness to travel across Europe up to % of the time.
