What you’ll do:
As a mobile PPM M&E Engineer, you’ll travel between sites delivering planned preventative maintenance across a retail-focused portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
* PPM on air conditioning systems
* PPM on heating systems and heat pumps
* Electrical services & emergency lighting maintenance
* Some refrigeration PPM tasks (full training provided)
During seasonal PPM freeze periods, you’ll support the refrigeration or M&E reactive teams, taking ownership of planned maintenance, fault finding, and minor repairs. You’ll confidently deliver a wide range of mechanical and electrical tasks in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge
* Unvented Hot Water expertise
* Strong HVAC and plumbing knowledge
* Experience in retail or commercial environments
* Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks
* Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems (desirable)
