Agenda Partnership are working with a Sheffield based scale up business who are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the 2 Co-Owners/Directors. Reporting into the CEO you provide high-level administration support to the senior executives, by managing their schedules, communications, and administrative tasks, the Personal Assistant ensures efficiency, organisation, and effective decision-making within the company. Day to day responsibilities: Efficiently manage the diaries of the CEO and CCO, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal use of their time Administrative support to the CEO and CCO, drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and handling expense reports Communication Liaison for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and inquiries with professionalism and discretion Organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and coordinating logistic Assist with projects and initiatives as directed by CEO and CCO, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of key objectives Maintain confidential information with utmost discretion, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures Proactively identify priorities and deadlines, effectively managing competing demands to ensure that key tasks are completed in a timely man Managing Expenses within the business Events Planning for the executive team and the wider business Experience required: Previous Executive Administration or Personal Assistance experience Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel etc) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be a team player
