What you will do: * Conduct face-to-face or virtual skin assessments for employees flagged by the initial survey as requiring follow-up. * Identify early signs of work-related skin conditions or sensitisation linked to occupational exposure. * Provide advice and guidance on skin health, prevention, and management of occupational dermatitis. * Accurately document findings and maintain confidential health records in line with data protection policies. * Communicate outcomes to occupational health teams and line managers to inform workplace risk management and control measures. * Support the employer in meeting COSHH regulations by identifying potential skin health risks and advising on control measures. * Work collaboratively with the Norse Group's Occupational Health team and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of the surveillance programme. * Maintain professional standards and comply with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) code of conduct. Essential Qualifications and Skills: * Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration. * Experience in occupational health nursing or dermatology is highly desirable. * Knowledge of occupational skin diseases, COSHH regulations, and health surveillance principles. * Ability to assess and identify early signs of skin sensitisation and dermatitis. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and management. * Competent in maintaining accurate and confidential health records. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
