Package & Benefits Location: Warrington Salary: £27k - £29k per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Company Benefits Pension scheme Wellbeing 360 Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule inhouse engineering labour visits. Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders. Checking and verifying engineers, report sheets and timecards on a daily basis. Manage and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems. Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service. Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively. Skills & Qualifications Required Knowledge & Understanding Experience in coordinating engineering teams. Experience working in a very fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in facilities or service industries). Knowledge of CAFM systems. Ability to work to strict SLAs & KPIs. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
