We are recruiting for a hardworking and dedicated individual who has a genuine interest in helping those in real need due to their circumstances and vulnerabilities. Whilst experience in general civil litigation, and specifically housing law would be advantageous, we are seeking an individual who is keen to learn and shows determination and resilience.
The work is challenging and varied and you will have the opportunity to utilise core skills ranging from initial client contact, taking instructions, advising clients, drafting pleadings, applications, reviews and witness statements and conducting advocacy for possession, disrepair and homelessness cases.
We require a flexible approach and someone who is able to manage pressure and prioritise their workload whilst maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
For those with the right attitude, work ethic, dedication and showing genuine desire to grow with us, will be considered for a training contract in the near future.
Desirable:
· Advocacy, drafting and negotiation experience; and
· Experience in housing law.
