Job Description
We’re looking for a talented Dynamics Platform Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you'll apply your software engineering expertise to develop new features, resolve bugs, tackle technical debt, and continuously enhance our ways of working. Your contributions will help deliver high-quality, impactful software solutions that bring real value to our customers.
What you'll be doing
* Building clean, maintainable features and resolving end-to-end issues with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to drive effective customer outcomes
* Managing technical debt proactively to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient, and reliable
* Improving testing strategies to uphold exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on security, usability, and accessibility
* Participating in code reviews that consider both functional and non-functional requirements—performance, maintainability, resiliency, and security
* Enhancing team practices across security, quality, deployment, monitoring, and operations to support seamless and safe production releases
* Contributing actively to team discussions and knowledge sharing to foster collaboration and ensure smooth sprint delivery
* Developing your skills through ongoing training and continuous learning aligned with your role and discipline
* Upholding Legal & General’s principles on Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of our work
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Dynamics 365 (Customer Service or Sales), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SSRS, Logic Apps, or Azure Data Factory
* Strong grasp of software testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern release strategies
* Solid understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
* Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
* Skilled in debugging and solving complex technical challenges
* Collaborative mindset and effective teamworking skills
