What you will need
1. British Citizen status due to the nature of regulated aviation and defence related work
2. Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC)
3. Unrestricted CAA Part 66 B1.1 licence
4. Strong understanding of regulatory aircraft maintenance requirements within a Part 145 environment
5. Experience supervising or supporting engineering teams within a maintenance operations setting
6. Applications will also be considered if you have experiecne working as an Aircraft Mechanic and have completed some B1.1 modules or want to gain this as the company will fund and support this
Salary and rewards Salary £63,000 to £73,000 plus 12% matched pension contributions and bonus incentives, plus Much more
Your role
7. Certify aircraft maintenance activities in line with regulatory and organisational requirements
8. Support safe and compliant aircraft operations across base and deployed locations in the UK and overseas
9. Supervise and coordinate engineering tasks to ensure operational targets and customer requirements are met
10. Deputise for senior engineering leadership when required
11. Maintain accurate aircraft documentation and ensure audit readiness at all times
12. Promote a safety first culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you bring
13. Technical capability, CAA Part 66 B1.1 licence with strong grounding in aircraft maintenance operations
14. Experience working within regulated aviation environments, ideally Part 145 maintenance organisations
15. Proven ability to supervise, guide and motivate engineering teams under operational pressure
16. Strong understanding of compliance, safety and airworthiness standards
17. Confident communication skills with a proactive and structured approach to problem solving
18. Behavioural capability, team focused, resilient and committed to high standards of operational delivery
