About The Role
We are 4Com, an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a conscientious Senior Onboarding Administrator to join our team starting 1st July.
As a Senior Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for managing complex or escalated orders, ensuring they are provisioned correctly, and keeping customers updated on the progress, issues, or delays. Services include but are not limited to fixed line, broadband, SIP, and non-geographical numbers. You will also train team members and develop the technical capabilities within the onboarding team, working alongside team leaders and reporting issues to management.

* Has previous experience in training new starters and upskilling team members
* Has knowledge of broadband, router configuration, and fixed line services
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent communication and attention to detail
* Possesses strong customer service skills and high-level administration abilities
* Is proficient with IT and Windows-based packages
* Works well as part of a team, maintaining supportive relationships
* Has a positive and proactive attitude towards tasks
What would I be doing as a Senior Onboarding Administrator at 4Com?
* Managing complex or escalated orders for migrations, connections, and service changes
* Programming routers for end users and coordinating equipment delivery
* Liaising with customers and third-party IT support to ensure successful service delivery
* Arranging surveys and coordinating with installation teams to meet customer requirements
* Working closely with suppliers to ensure seamless installation experiences
* Keeping customers informed about the progress and any issues with their installations
* Providing technical training to the onboarding team
