Clean and Clear Operative 6 month Fixed Term Contract
You will be responsible for undertaking mould treatment, painting and minor damp prevention in tenants properties and empty properties. You will also be responsible for basic painting and decorating tasks such as stripping wallpaper and painting walls. In addition, you will clear and clean empty properties (voids) including external spaces and outside of the property. This will include checking and clearing loft spaces, removing all furniture, white goods, carpets and general waste.

* 39 hour week, working hours 8am-4:30pm Monday -Thursday & 8am-3:30pm on Friday
* Start at 26 days annual leave, increasing up to 30 days plus bank holidays
* Van, Fuel card, Uniform & Tools provided
* Key must haves full clean driving licence
What youll be doing
* Applying mould treatment.
* Treating low level damp.
* Undertaking basic painting and decorating tasks, including stripping wallpaper, filling minor wall defects, and painting walls.
* Removing defective decoration damage by mould.
