The service users are aged 18 and upwards with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. You will be assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible. Pay: £13.68 per hour (including holiday pay). Key Responsibilities: Providing therapeutic care and support to adults (18+) with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. Observing, monitoring, and recording patient conditions. Treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty. Assisting residents with their progression through a care pathway to maximize independence.
