Vibrant flavours, creative presentation, and high-quality ingredients, served in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef who is passionate about modern Indian food and ready to play a key role in shaping this new culinary journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute a modern Indian menu with consistency and finesse
* Supervise and mentor the kitchen brigade, ensuring high standards of food prep and
presentation
* Take ownership of kitchen sections during service (tandoor, grill, curry, garnish, etc.)
* Support in menu innovation, dish development, and seasonal updates
* Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols
* Oversee daily mise en place, portion control, and plating quality
* Assist in managing kitchen stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, creative, and disciplined kitchen culture
* Step into the Exec Chef's role when required
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef in modern premium Indian kitchens
* Deep understanding of Indian spices, techniques, and regional dishes — with a flair for modern presentation
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
* Experience in high-volume kitchens without compromising quality
* Working knowledge of food safety regulations (Level 2/3 certification preferred)
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for innovation

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
