About the role:
As a Prepared Produce Operative you will be part of a fast paced and friendly team. You will be responsible in the preparation of fresh cut vegetables, which can range from chips, cauliflower florets to diced swede. Majority of the prepared produce is completed using machinery, however the handling of knives is also involved.
Uncompromising attitude towards operational safety, food safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and quality is essential.

All we ask is that you have:
* Experience of working in a kitchen would be an advantage together with good knife cutting skills.
* Good knowledge of stock control and record keeping. Your role will be to stock count excess products each day and to stock take all raw materials in the prep store.
* Attention to detail when completing paperwork for transferring stock and handing over to the supervisor.
* Demonstrate good health and safety practice when working with machinery.
