Contracts Manager
Based in Wembley (and surrounding areas)
£65K - £75K + Car Allowance or Company Car + Benefits
We are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive Contracts Manager to deliver Planned Roofing Works to tenanted Social Housing properties in Wembley and surrounding areas.
All projects are part of long term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Association clients. We are looking for candidates with experience working for a roofing contractor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager with a determined and motivated attitude, or Project Manager/Senior Site Manager looking to step up. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
Key skills/requirements:
1. Ensure the delivery of the projects within budget and time scales
2. Experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing/planned roofing maintenance projects
3. Focus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budget
4. Focus on quality, customer service, and delivery
5. Driving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
6. Client and tenant satisfaction
7. Process Management
8. Management of the customer
9. Have an understanding of the financials on the contract
10. Customer liaison skills
Contracts Manager Salary & Package
