Software Engineer

THE ROLE
As a Software Engineer, you will develop cutting‑edge software solutions that power the agency’s proprietary platforms and client projects. Your work will focus on creating scalable, high‑performance applications that enable brands to engage audiences more effectively.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Technical tasks: Designing and implementing software using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js, with a strong emphasis on GCP for cloud‑based solutions.
* Other key responsibilities: Collaborating with a dynamic team to build proof‑of‑concepts, AI agents, and digital tools that streamline workflows and enhance client outcomes.
Skills And Experience
* 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js.
* Proficiency in GCP and modern software development practices.
* Experience with SQL, Python and data visualization is a plus.
* Some experience in AI.
* A background in agency, consultancy, or digital marketing environments is preferred.
* A passion for solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions.
