Job Description
3. Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders on a wide range of matters.
4. Oversee and manage compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
6. Collaborate with external counsel to address complex legal issues.
7. Lead the legal team, ensuring efficient workflowworkflow and professional development.
8. Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organisational goals.
9. Monitor and mitigate legal risks effectively across the organisation.
10. Advise on corporate governance and regulatory frameworks specific to London and the UK.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead In-House Counsel should have:
