In this role, you will work closely with the Workshop Team to collate information from Technician job cards/write-ups and create invoices for the works carried out.
1. Translate write-ups into accurate chargeable items.
2. Ensure correct amounts are charged for sundries/environmental charges.
3. Ensure invoices are correctly coded, e.g., Warranty/Contracts/Retail.
4. Maximise charges in all areas.
5. Maintain a good level of work in progress.
6. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager.
Due to a month-end falling on a Saturday or Sunday, you would be required to work 5 hours on that Saturday. If it falls on a weekday, you would work until 7 pm and take the following day off, finishing at 3 pm.
1. Able to work in an organized and methodical manner within a fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
3. Sound customer service skills with the ability to ensure positive outcomes.
4. Good IT skills.
