The Finance Transformation and EPM consulting practice seeks an experienced leader with deep expertise in FP&A, business architecture, and technology-led transformation.
Your Role
As a Senior Manager in the EPM team, you will lead and oversee innovative client engagements, driving business planning transformations that deliver substantial business benefits and enhance process efficacy. You will champion innovation, build strong stakeholder relationships, and cultivate a talented, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of business planning aspects within finance transformation projects, guiding diverse PwC/client teams.
* Ensure responsibility for achieving business benefits and effective process design.
* Identify and leverage further service opportunities while working closely with clients.
* Innovate and drive visionary concepts from idea to implementation.
* Establish and sustain lasting connections with client stakeholders.
* Pioneer finance transformation thought leadership through collaboration with experts in finance strategy, ERP transformation, and related fields.
* Expand teams in the UK and global delivery centres by supporting recruitment and facilitating internal training programmes.
* Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their careers and contributing to their professional growth.
Skills and Experience We Are Looking For
* Experience delivering comprehensive business planning process design and operating model execution, ideally within large multinationals.
* Proven track record of facilitating finance process change enabled by technology, as a consultant or senior finance professional.
* Strong understanding of how digital technology and AI are reshaping the finance landscape.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on team development and enhancement.
* Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on influencing and managing change in complex environments.
* A process‑oriented mindset that seamlessly integrates technology and finance concepts.
* Creative, inquisitive, and not afraid to challenge conventional practices.
* A university‑level education as a minimum requirement.
