Creative Support are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual to join us as a Senior Support Worker and lead a number of passionate and friendly teams of staff across a number of our Mental Health Supported Living Services within Liverpool.
As Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside local management to assist with the coordination and delivery of high quality outcome-focussed, person centred support to individuals we support. You will be positive about supporting people to increase their independence and ensure that they are at the centre of all decisions made about their lives.
Your role will include:
1. You will assist senior staff in the planning and service delivery
2. You will provide person centered care and support to people with mental health needs and enable them to gain independence, and to live a fulfilling and meaningful life
3. You will support and supervise staff and deploy staff resources effectively to meet the needs of the service including but not limited to rota management, staff induction, ongoing supervision/appraisal and all general line manager roles and responsibilities
4. Adhere to all of Creative Supports Policies and Procedures and ensure that your staff team also fully comply
