Conveyancer – County Durham (Office Based with Flexible Hours) Location: County Durham
Working Pattern: Full-time or part-time considered | Office based with flexible hours
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a full residential caseload

A long-established and reputable regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive team in County Durham.

The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:
1. Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
2. Re-mortgages
3. Transfers of equity
4. New build matters (occasionally)
You will benefit from full administrative support and a collaborative team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Minimum 3 years’ experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
6. Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail
