Asset Finance Paralegal
US law firm is hiring a new Paralegal to join its Asset Finance group. Because the firm employs no trainees, the quality of work is expected to be very high; candidates should have trainee‑level gravitas and experience in Finance or Asset Finance.
Responsibilities
* Provide paralegal support to partners and fee earners (e.g., assist with closings, post‑closings, billing, and client correspondence).
* Draft documents and aid in the preparation of financial and asset‑finance related documents.
* Work collaboratively with the London team and, on occasion, with global counterparts on cross‑office deals.
Qualifications
* Previous paralegal experience in Asset Finance.
* Strong educational background and excellent writing ability.
* Ability to present yourself and your work to BD a very high standard.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base salary up to £55,000, dependent on experience.
* Overtime paid in addition to the base salary.
