Warehouse Supervisor - Afternoon Shift
We're working with a well-known logistics company to find an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for their busy site in Gotham (NG11). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term role with real potential.
Location : Gotham, NG11
Pay Rate : £16-£18 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift : Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (some flexibility available)
Start Date : ASAP following a successful interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of warehouse operatives and FLT drivers
- Ensuring smooth and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
- Supporting the transport team with coordination and communication
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Driving team performance and operational efficiency
- Delivering clear shift handovers and regular updates
What You'll Need:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- IOSH qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is a plus
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results
