Overview
TXM Recruit are recruiting 2 x Paint Sprayers on a temporary basis on an outside IR35 contract. Job Title: Spray Painter x 2. Start date: ASAP. Department: Production / Finishing. Reports To: Production First Line Manager. Location: Norwich. Shifts: Monday to Friday. 45 hours guaranteed (30 mins unpaid break). Potential of overtime throughout the contract. Hourly pay rate: £23.00 Ltd Outside IR35 (£1035 per week Limited company).
Role overview: Paint Sprayer with experience of spray painting projects across Rail, Bus, Aviation or Automotive sectors. You will be responsible for spray painting commercial vehicles to a high-quality finish in line with customer specifications.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the marking out and spraying of Basecoat and Direct gloss colours.
* Responsible for any touch up repairs and small paint repairs prior to sign-off and vehicle delivery.
* Responsible for assisting paint preparation, e.g., marking up vehicles prior to paint.
* Responsible for the safe operation of plant, equipment and/or hand tools associated with the paint preparation & paint processes.
* Responsible for compliance with the companys Health and Safety policy procedures.
* Undertake any other duties conducive with the effective operation of the post.

Requirements
1. Minimum Level 1 or 2 Qualification in spray painting or equivalent.
2. Previous spray painting experience is essential.
