– Senior Administrator
My client is seeking an experienced Administrator to play a key role in keeping business operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll oversee day-to-day admin activity, support senior leadership, and supervise a junior team member—ensuring high standards, efficiency, and excellent service delivery across the business.
Duties will include:
1. Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth outputs.
2. Manage a Junior Administrator, reviewing workload and performance
3. Co-ordinate multiple priorities, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are consistently met
4. Provide administrative support to senior leadership
5. Manage diaries, scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
6. Support investigations and ad hoc projects
7. Maintain accurate records and improve internal systems
8. Assist with onboarding new employees and general team co-ordination
9. Monitor office resources, rota planning, and departmental coverage
10. Build strong working relationships across teams and stakeholders
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
11. Good experience within an administrative / office based role
12. Background within professional services / healthcare / financial services sector desirable (not essential)
13. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
14. Strong communicator—confident working with stakeholders at all level
15. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
16. Very good IT skills, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Windows
