Competitive basic salary starting at £40,000, with an OTE up to £50,000 dependent on performance
Working hours of 42.5 per week, with weekends on a rota basis

Modern workshop equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, including hybrid and electric vehicle technologyDuties of this Vehicle Technician role:
Conducting diagnostics, repairs, and servicing across a broad range of vehicles
Using advanced diagnostic equipment, with a focus on hybrid and electric vehicle systems
Ensuring all repairs and servicing meet manufacturer standards and customer expectations
Maintaining accurate service documentation
Supporting workshop efficiency and upholding high-quality standards
Sharing technical knowledge and assisting in apprenticeship programmes to foster team developmentRequirements as a Vehicle Technician:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with strong diagnostic skills
Qualification to Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing & Repairs; Level 2 personnel with diagnostic capabilities may also be considered at a reduced salary package.
Specialist knowledge of Hybrid & Electric Vehicle technology is highly advantageous
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
A strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
