Milk Education are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work across Primary schools in Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and making a real impact in the classroom.

Whether you are experienced in a school setting or looking to build your career in education, we have flexible opportunities to suit you.

The Role:

1. Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

2. Working 1:1 with pupils or leading small intervention groups

3. Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

4. Supporting children with SEND where required

5. Encouraging engagement, confidence and positive behaviour

We’re Looking For:

6. Experience working with children (school-based or transferable experience)

7. A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach

8. Strong communication and teamwork skills

9. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing

10. Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
