Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software, enabling them to build and maintain relationships with clients effectively.
Duties
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Track sales performance metrics using Salesforce and other CRM tools to analyse trends and identify areas for improvement.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and promote our offerings.
* Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to senior management.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for tracking customer interactions and managing sales pipelines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
