Job Description:

Join a Cyber and Digital Transformation Consultancy operating in the UK Defence Industry.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for an IT Support Engineer, with the potential for extension beyond 12 months.
You will be part of a small IT support team of 3, providing support to internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st / 2nd line IT Support.
* Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install and manage secure networking systems.
* Provide training on newly installed hardware and software systems.
* Produce documentation of technical processes.
* Configure and maintain Endpoint devices using Intune.
Experience Required:
* Eligible for SC Security Clearance.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure and 365 platforms (Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
* Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
