Cleanial Ltd is not a cleaning company. We are a multi-award-winning Sustainable Workspace Operator.
Recently named "Commercial Cleaning Company of the Year – South West (2025-2026)", we have successfully pivoted from traditional cleaning contractors to a Total FM Partner. We operate the "Milkman Model" a closed-loop chemical refill system that eliminates single-use plastic and we are on a roadmap to a £5 Million valuation by 2028.
We don\'t sell hours. We manage workspaces.
The Role
Hunter & Guardian
We are looking for an amazing asset to join our leadership team. This is a high-growth role for a "Hunter-Guardian" who wants longevity and the opportunity to eventually lead their own sales and operational team as we scale.
The Hunter: You will proactively source and win new commercial contracts across Devon, Dorset, and Bristol. We target high-end Law Firms, Corporate HQs, and ESG-driven B-Corps.
The Guardian: You will oversee our site teams and manage existing contracts to ensure 95%+ audit scores. You will be the senior point of contact, ensuring our clients never run out of supplies and always receive an elite service.

What We Offer
* Base Salary: £30,000 per annum.
* Uncapped Commission: 10% of Annual Contract Value (ACV) for self-sourced wins, paid in performance-based stages throughout Year 1.
* Retention Bonus: A 2% annual fee for all contracts moving into Year 2+.
* Quarterly KPI Bonus: £500 per quarter (Subject to regional turnover/site thresholds).
* The Tools: Premium Company Vehicle use, Laptop, and Work Phone.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and convert high-value commercial leads from scratch.
* Manage a 100% directly employed workforce (No agencies/unvetted sub-contractors).
* Conduct weekly site audits and issue professional KPI reports to clients.
* Uphold the Cleanial Green Scheme (tree planting) and Safe Place (LGBTQ+ allyship) initiatives.
Requirements
* CV and Cover Letter: We want to see your results and your "why."
* Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, FM management and preferably a cleaning industry background.
* Mindset: You are a self-starter who wants to grow with a young, disruptive brand.
* The Challenge: Successful candidates must deliver a presentation at the final interview on their 90-day South West growth strategy.
* Licence: Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
