MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader to join a state-of-the-art energy from waste power station. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to see all the stages of a new build through commissioning & operational start up. This role is a days-based position working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining high standards of mechanical performance & plant availability.
* Lead & manage a team of maintenance technicians.
* Be technical lead for all mechanical maintenance activities.
* Deliver plant improvement initiatives.
* Co-ordinate preventative & reactive maintenance activities.
* Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
* Extensive maintenance experience with power generation or similar heavy process industry.
* Strong knowledge of Steam raising plant.
* Proven Leadership experience.
* HNC or above in Mechanical Engineering.
* Good communication skills to operate alongside the Operations Team Leader & team. xsngvjr
The offer:
* Up to £62,000
