About Somerce:

Somerce is a fast growing creative agency, helping brands succeed on TikTok Shop through live shopping, content, and performance marketing. As the business scales, Somerce is expanding its client services team to strengthen relationships, deliver impactful campaigns, and ensure brands get the most out of TikTok Shop.

Somerce is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team who can take ownership of client accounts; building trust, driving performance, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from strategy through to execution. This person will act as the key link between clients, creators, and internal teams, bringing structure, insight, and proactive communication to help brands succeed.

The Role:

As an Account Manager at Somerce, you'll be the go-to partner for our clients, ensuring their products shine on Tiktok Shop and sales performance exceeds expectations. You'll manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee e-commerce campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to deliver results. This is a client facing role that blends strategy, creativity, and data, perfect for someone who loves making things happen and seeing the impact directly in the numbers.

What you will be doing:

* Build strong, trusted relationships with multiple client accounts.
* Understand each client's brand, objectives, and category landscape.
* Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across Tiktok Shop
* Ensure strategies align with client goals, KPIs, and market conditions.
* Collaborate with creative, performance, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end campaign success.
* Analyse sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to optimise results.
* Lead regular check-ins, reviews, and strategy sessions with clients.
* Handle escalations with professionalism and provide solutions quickly.
* Proactively share insights, opportunities, and recommendations to build long-term partnerships.
* Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that clearly communicate performance and next steps.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
* Keep an eye on industry and platform trends, sharing relevant updates with clients.


Requirements


What We're Looking For:

* 2+ years of account management experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplaces.
* Proven track record of driving growth on platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar.
* Strong analytical skills; comfortable with sales data, dashboards, and campaign reporting.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
* Bonus: experience with paid media, SEO, or creative strategy.
