Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Boots, Ten Perch Road, Wincheap, Canterbury, Kent, England, CT1 3TQ
Type of Employment: Part Time · Contract Type: Permanent · Hours: 9.45 hours per week · Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 1.5 hours per day (08:00–09:30) and Saturday 2h 15m per day
Responsibilities
* Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
* Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, when cleaning work needs to be carried out, and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
* Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role successfully.
* Work within a team and/or on own initiative; build positive and productive working relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
* Continuously seek ways to improve and exceed expectations in cleaning performance and service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
* Ability to communicate and read basic English.
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
* Flexible approach to the role; open, honest, self-driven, determined, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
