Business Development Manager
£40,000 - £50,000 + OTE | Remote-first (UK) | PropTech Scale-up
Are you a driven sales professional who loves building relationships, reactivating accounts, and driving revenue? Join a fast-growing PropTech business on a mission to make renting fairer, faster, and more flexible.
This is a commercially focused Business Development role working with warm partner accounts across the UK. You’ll be reaching out to letting agents, reigniting relationships, and helping them increase product adoption. You’ll have the freedom to own your approach, test new ideas, and make a clear, measurable impact — backed by a collaborative and supportive team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Re-engaging underperforming partner accounts and driving them back into action.
* Running high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups with energy and persistence.
* Selling the benefits of an innovative rental solution to agent partners.
* Delivering virtual training sessions to help agents promote and convert effectively.
* Handling objections confidently and maintaining a strong commercial mindset.
* Managing your own pipeline, tracking activity and performance in CRM.
* Sharing insights to help refine sales messaging and improve results across the team.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in outbound sales, business development or partner management.
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven with a competitive edge.
* Able to manage multiple accounts at pace and take full ownership of your pipeline.
* Curious, coachable, and eager to continuously improve.
* Background in PropTech, property, or startup environments is a plus (but not essential).
* Must have a valid driver’s license and be happy to travel to partner sites occasionally.
