Job Title:Client Accounts Assistant- Cash Operations

Job Summary and key responsibilities

Our Account Administrators are dedicated to ensuring they are building and maintaining strong working relationships with branch staff and managers to resolve queries in a timely manner. This is a role best suited to someone who enjoys customer service alongside financial administrative tasks to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for our tenants and landlords

Key Responsibilities:

* Dealing with the release of Tenants Deposit monies at the End of Tenancy
* Processing International Landlord Payments
* Setting up Tax Records on system for Overseas Landlords and dealing with Landlord queries regarding tax by email and telephone
* Investigating and allocating payments received without correct references
* Liaising with branches regarding monies that cannot be allocated
* Posting payments received by cheques at the branches on multiple systems
* Processing of Housing Benefit Monies and liaising with Councils
* Responding to Landlord queries via email or telephone
* Contacting the bank regarding various issues
* Processing and responding to correspondence from the bank
* Sending banking materials to branches
* Organising returned banking receipts from branches
* General Office Duties

* Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail Investigative and analytical skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with the branch staff.
