Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role as a Founders Associate at Techality Ltd. The role is located in South Derbyshire but allows for some work from home. The Founders Associate will be responsible for assisting the founders in various tasks related to the operations and growth of the company.
You will be working in a young, small business with a dynamic and agile approach.
Experience and requirements
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Experience in startup environments
* Experience working as a personal or executive assistant
* Project coordination experience
* Working with B2B clients
* Knowledge of project management and other business tools
* Excellent computer skills, with main MS packages
* Basic design skills advantageous
* Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous
* Flexible working approach
* Can travel, own car. Although this ia a hybrid role, there will be occasional client
