Our client is looking for an energetic and hands-on MHE Trainer to support and deliver training across their warehousing operations. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all MHE users are trained, competent, and confident in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet pullers and more — safely and to the highest standard.
Whether you’re already RTITB certified or have strong operational experience and want to become certified (the client will support you), this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact and support the development of others.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering engaging, high-quality MHE training sessions
Certifying operators through Novice, Refresher, or Conversion courses
Maintaining accurate and audit-ready training records
Partnering with Safety and Ops teams to support site compliance
Helping embed a strong safety-first culture across the warehouseWhat You’ll Need:
RTITB certification (or equivalent)
Reach Truck or Counterbalance experience (essential to complete trainer qualification)
Confident communication and presentation skills
Proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail

Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday
Days only (typically between 6:30am – 7:00pm, depending on site needs)
