Site Quality Lead Teesside • Role: Site Quality Lead • Location: Teesside UK • Start Date: ASAP • End Date: February 28 General • Ensure compliance with all Project HSES standards & documentation. • Fully committed to Project ethical values and to achieve Project expectations and goals, which shall include a proactive approach with other project departments to achieve these goals. • Possess a minimum of 10 years in similar position, Full construction exposure, from ground works, materials management, Construction, Commissioning to handover. • Foster and encourage one team collaboration and communication between all parties. • Responsible for all quality matters in relation to site activities. • Attention to detail, commitment to a "Right - First - Time" ethos. • Good coordination, interpersonal skills. • Good written skills, ability to present data in a clear and concise manner. • Self - motivating, well organized, resourceful, and proactive. • Can coach and strongly influence contractor build performance. Qualification and knowledge • Previous experience in modular fabrication essential. • Previous experience in managing the deployment of site QC personnel. • Good working knowledge of all fabrication activities. • Fully conversant with relevant general international standards (ASME, API, EN, ISO) • CSWIP weld inspection qualifications essential. • NDT qualifications advantageous. • Other QA qualifications lead auditor, root cause analysis. General duties description The site quality lead shall be responsible for monitoring performance of Quality Control matters. • The Site Quality Lead champions the Quality Culture and takes proactive steps to prevent any decay in the state of quality and compliance at the site. • Establishing / Reinforcing the Quality Culture on the Site. • Contributing member of the Site Leadership team. • Drive quality improvement processes (right first time). • Implementation of Quality Standards. • Point of contact for all quality requirements. • Participate in local supplier evaluation and capability reviews. • Provide guidance to all site members regarding quality matters. • Ensure contractor and sub-contractor compliance with project specifications. • Ensure competence of all site personnel are established and maintained. • Ensure all ITP activities are observed with any findings analysed and actioned. • Ensure site KPI’s are published, analysed, and actioned as per project requirements. • Participate in site audits agreeing findings, actions, and effective closure. • Ensure surveillance and oversight programme is implemented and maintained.
