SALARY: £30,000-£35,000 base plus OTE

JOB SPECIFICATION:IT Sales Account Manager
As Account Manager, you will work closely with the services and solutions team to help manage key account relationships, provide quotations, support the account and sales specialist. You’ll work closely with the sales, project management, and technical teams to understand the client's needs, propose the best solutions, and deliver high-quality results. You will also provide technical guidance for the solutions you create.
In addition, you’ll also be responsible for the following:
* Analysing the client's business requirements and objectives and translating them into the relevant solution.
* Designing, developing, creating and proposing, IT solutions using various technologies and platforms.
* Providing technical documentation and guidance for the solutions you create.
* Collaborating with the sales, project management, solutions consultants, and technical teams to ensure the solutions meet the client's expectations and budget.
* Providing technical guidance and justification for the solutions you create and maintain.
About you: IT Sales Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Account Manager/ IT sales/ Sales Executive who has worked for with an IT Reseller or VAR/ IT MSP or an IT Distributor.
you'll have a strong customer services and sales focused background. Someone who is able to respond quickly to queries. Provide excellent advice and support on products and solutions and service the needs of each account.
In addition we are looking for people who have the following skills or experience: -
* Experience in IT solutions development
* Knowledge in various technologies and categories, including cloud, software, managed services, professional services, networking, server & storage, backup, and security.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
